Happily Ever After - Hot Bed Media
I was asked to do a waitress part for a
independent film called "Happily Even After" At first when I heard that it
was going to be unpaid, I was a little hesitant about taking the part, but when
I heard that Jason Behr (star of Roswell) was starring in this movie, I was
happy to do it. =)
The movie seems pretty interesting... although I'm not too sure what it's about,
except that Jason Behr's character can't stand Marina Black's character, but
they end up getting together...
Jason had to do a part where he kept coming in and reading a fortune cookie
fortune. Then he passes by me in the hallway where I'm taking food orders.
Me - playing a waitress at a chinese restaurant (yes, very typical) haha.
I got to talk to him in between takes, and he was very friendly and
down-to-earth. Not snobbish or anything at all.
I also got to meet a lot of other really nice
people: Samantha the casting director was awesome! super nice girl... and
I also got to know the producer from de lagato productions, and a few other
aspiring actors/actresses and lots of crew people including a few guys who
graduated from berkeley too..
This was the first extra part i did in an
independent film..and it was actually kinda nice because everything is at a
smaller scale and a little more personal.
So anyway, I got to take a pic with Jason... so
here it is on the right...
